This is the screen will appear when you want to search for decoded notam, metar or forecast for a certain trip.
WHO IS THIS MEANT FOR?
This is meant for operators and brokers.
Decoded NOTAMs:
INTRODUCTION
NOTAMs (Notice to Airmen) are essential notifications of changes, updates, or critical information related to flight operations. Decoding NOTAMs can be complex and time-consuming.
Insta Charter provides solution by providing operators with decoded NOTAMs. Decoding involves translating the NOTAMs into plain language, making it easier for aviation professionals to quickly understand any changes in service, procedures, or restrictions at airports. This helps them stay informed for their flights.

Meteorological Aerodrome Report is a format for reporting weather condition. Obtaining these reports can be challenging and time consuming leading to errors.
Insta Charter provides operators with METAR reports that are updated in real time info. These reports offer critical weather information such as temperature, visibility, wind speed and direction, cloud cover, and more, specific to various airports.

SCENARIO-
DECODED NOTAMs
Imagine an operator is planning a flight from Airport A to Airport B. Before departure, they check the decoded NOTAMs for both departure and arrival airports. Here are two scenarios:
NOTAMs :
In the absence of decoded NOTAMs, the operator might receive a standard NOTAM that reads: "RWY 34/16 CLSD DUE TO MAINT TIL 2300Z." This NOTAM, in its original form, may not provide clear information to the operator, and they might have to spend additional time decoding it.
Decoded NOTAMs :
With decoded NOTAMs, the same information would be presented in a more simple way: "Runway 34/16 at Airport A is closed due to maintenance until 2300Z." This makes it easier for the operator to understand that the runway at their departure airport is closed and plan accordingly.
In this example, having decoded NOTAMs simplifies the process for the operator and can make informed decisions regarding their flight plan, route adjustments, or potential delays.
SCENARIO
METAR
Lets suppose that an operator is planning a flight from New York's JFK International Airport to London Heathrow Airport. The operator checks the METAR reports for both departure and arrival airports at the time of flight.
The METAR for JFK might indicate that the airport is experiencing heavy rain and low visibility. The operator can use this information plan accordingly.
SCENARIO
TAFs
Imagine an operator is arranging a private charter flight from one airport to another with a return trip later in the day. They check the weather forecast, which mentions strong winds during takeoff. With this info, the operator can plan the trip accordingly.
