INTRODUCTION

Planning fuel stops manually can be a complex and time-consuming process, as it requires considering factors such as distance. With Insta Charter's 'Fuel Stop Planner' we give solution to this problem. 
The warning will appear after you have a grabbed a trip based on the tail number that you have chosen.

After grabbing a quote, while adding separate charges, you can use fetch route. This is how it will appear on the app.
Here you can see the tech stops button.
This is how a list of tech stops will appear in the app.
This is how the fuel stop planner will appear in the app. In the first image, the warning is shown after you have grabbed a trip as an operator.  
Then in the second image, while adding separate charges with the help of 'detailed quote creation feature' you can add separate charges and fetch route. 
In the third image, after clicking on the 'fetch route' button you will get a tab of tech stops. 
In the fourth image, you get to know the tech stops where your aircraft can land for refuelling.

FEATURE- FUEL STOP PLANNER

The Fuel Stop Planner calculates fuel stops that an aircraft would require for the trip based on the inputs. 
Based on the input, the tool provides operators with a list of recommended fuel[tech] stops where the aircraft could land for refuelling.

We have solved the problem of planning fuel stops faced by air charter operators by offering them 'fuel stop planner' feature that helps them to plan their trips. The tool provides a list of fuel[tech] stops where an aircraft can land for refueling. 

The tool streamlines the trip planning process, saving operators valuable time and effort.

SCENARIO:

Suppose if your aircraft has to fly from airport A to airport B which is a relatively long distance for your aircraft's fuel capacity. In such a scenario, our algorithm will issue a "Fuel Stop" warning and present you with a list of potential "tech stops." This feature empowers you to plan where you can make stops during the journey and incorporate additional charges if needed.




REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Quote requests should be received or you can grab a trip as an operator or broker.
  2. Fetch route button must be clicked for planning the fuel stop through Tech Stop button.
  3. In the Tech Stop button select the preferable airport for refuelling your aircraft. 
  4. Again, Prepare the quote and add charges for the two sectors created after selecting the airport for the fuel stop. 
  5. Detailed Quotes should be created.
